Commissioner Hilton seconded, and it carried with <br />a Nay vote from Vice Chair Morioka. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />• Chair Schutte announced that the Police Commission's next monthly meeting will be <br />on Friday, March 18, 2016, at 9:00 a.m., in the Aupuni Center Conference Room, 101 <br />Pauahi St., Hilo, Hawaii. <br />Chair Schutte presented a certificate of appreciation from Mayor Kenoi to <br />Commissioner Hilton for her service on the commission.
