An inquiry was made by the Chair to Mr. Sclomo as to the availability of a letter from the appellant authorizing Mr. Sclomo to represent appellant. Mr. Sclomo stated that he did not have a letter but would be able to obtain one should the Board require it. A call for questions was made. Mr. Takai moved to accept the County's recommended reduction in building value of $166,500 and to reduce the land value to $97,400 with the exemption pending adjustment. Seconded by Mrs. Reinhard.
