Petition No. 2016-10: Review of draft informal advisory opinion regarding a <br /> petition from a County officer or employee, to determine whether there would be <br /> any conflict of interest with her employment in the County Purchasing Division <br /> and a vendor who is a relative and participates in bids and proposals with the <br /> County of Hawai`i.
