Facilitate land use entitlements <br />Pahoa <br />Regional Town Center Plan (PRTCP): <br />and financing for the development of new <br />village/town centers by: <br />o <br />The Pahoa Village Design Guidelines <br />1) Creating a regional town center plan <br />adopted by Resolution Number 454-14 <br />for each village/town area as prescribed <br />o <br />Pahoa subcommittee working on guidelines <br />in Section 5.2.1... <br />for creating and organizing the Pahoa Design <br />Review Committee who will review <br />development permits to comply with <br />Resolution Number 454-14 <br />Volcano Lone Ranee Plan: <br />o <br />The Volcano Long Range Planning <br />Subcommittee has continued to engage the <br />Volcano Community to gain further insight <br />and participation in the overall planning <br />process. <br />Mountain View Village Center Plan: <br />o <br />Subcommittee has halted meetings until <br />further notice. <br />3.2.3 f. Provide land and infrastructure for <br />o <br />Allotment approved for $1.2 million in FY <br />farmer's markets within village/town <br />2013-14 CIP budget for land acquisition in <br />centers. <br />Pahoa. Negotiations with land owners are on- <br />going. <br />3.5.3 c.
