The problem is <br /> that may not be office's responsibility when determining who the <br /> contractors might be because there isn't any specific process or <br /> procedural safe guards in identifying who those folks are. You ran <br /> us through how you add to the list...I get it...and that seems the <br /> common sense to me. The problem is that...there's a potential <br /> problem for me I guess with that and you're gonna take a look at <br /> that and add to that which is fine. So where am I going with that? <br /> I think...as a part of this...have you ever done any follow up to <br /> determine whether or not the contractors that are chosen by the <br /> folks that engage in this...participate in this program...do most of <br /> the contractors come off of the list?
