Petition No. 2016-09: Review of a petition alleging that a Board member was <br /> in violation of the Hawaii County Charter Section 14-1(b) (Enactment and <br /> Policy), Hawaii County Code Sections 2-80 (Interpretation of article), 2-82 <br /> (Definitions) and 2-86(b) of the Code of Ethics. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: Moving right on. We were gonna move to new business...Petition <br /> No. 2016-09, but I think we need to wait for our AG from <br /> Maui...and so can we have a request to move that petition back or <br /> move 2016-10. <br /> Mr. Adams: Madame Chair I would move that we delay taking up Petition No. <br /> 2016-09 until after 10 & 11. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: Thank you.
