date of loan approval to a loan closing date, income <br />eligibility of the occupant of the dwelling to be <br />rehabilitated shall be reviewed to comply with the <br />provisions of Subsection 4.3 INCOME ELIGIBILITY, above, <br />and dwelling qualification provisions may be reviewed <br />to comply with Subsection 5.2 DWELLING QUALIFICATION <br />CHARACTERISTICS, above. <br />7.4 CONFIDENTIALITY <br />a. All applicant information is confidential and shall be <br />available only to those OHCD staff, auditors, County <br />Attorney legal staff and financial institution lending <br />personnel who require applicant information necessary <br />to process the Loan applications. <br />7.5 APPLICANT PROCESSING PROCEDURES <br />a. The applicant shall agree to conform to the program <br />rules and be responsible to perform the following <br />processing procedures: <br />1. Submit the application and, if needed, be <br />interviewed by the appropriate OHCD staff or other <br />authorized persons; <br />2. Cooperate and assist the OHCD or other authorized <br />persons in compiling all documentation necessary <br />to evaluate applicant income eligibility during <br />the Loan approval process; <br />3. Notify the OHCD of any changes in household size, <br />household income, assets or use of the property to <br />be repaired; <br />4. Review, revise and/or approve the “Priority List <br />of Repairs”; <br />5. Review, revise and/or approve the proposal <br />document; <br />6. Select a contractor selection method, contact <br />contractors willing to perform and bid the work <br />specified, and submit invited contractor names; <br />7.
