Senior Training & Employment Program <br />Mark Kunzer, Program Director, (808) 961-8750 <br /> <br />Here's The News <br /> <br />The Senior Training & Employment Program (STEP) assists eligible, unemployed, low-income job seekers age 55 and over in getting <br />temporary but current work experience. <br /> <br /> STEP helps Seniors receive training to allow them to return to the workforce at large.
