It was noted for the record that the appellant signed and received their notice of hearing and the return receipt was received at the Real Property Tax office on July 28, 2016. Present for the County was appraiser Nicholas Bassis. Property located Mauka of the town of Naalehu in Kau. Appeal on land value.
