County presented their case and recommended <br />sustaining the land value at $209,800 and building value at $254,300. A call for questions was made. <br /> <br />Mr. Takai moved to sustain the County’s building value of $254,300 and lower the land value to <br />$195,700. Seconded by Mr. David. A call for discussion was made. Motion failed by a vote of <br />1:3 with Mr. Dinges, Mr. David and Ms. Reinhard voting against the motion. <br /> <br />Mr. Dinges moved to accept the County’s recommendation to sustain the land value at <br />$209,800 and building value at $254,300 for a total of $464,100. Seconded by Ms. Reinhard. A <br />call for discussion was made. A call for <br />questions was made. <br /> <br />Mr. David moved to accept the settlement as presented. Seconded by Mr. Takai. A call for <br />discussion was made.
