(Closed hearing requested) <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Is the petitioner present? Oh it's just a draft so no one's here? <br /> Ms. Shikuma: I'm here. <br /> Mr. Goodenow: She can stay for this...you want to come forward? We're just <br /> reviewing the draft. Do I have a motion or questions? <br /> Mr. Adams: We're on 2016-10 and that's what you're here for. Okay <br /> Mr. Goodenow: I note for the record the room is clear except for petitioner. Can I <br /> have a motion to approve? <br /> Mr. Robinson: I'll make a motion to approve. <br /> Mr. Goodenow: May I have a second? <br /> Mr. Adams: Second. <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Alright discussion? No? <br /> Motion and Vote: Mr. Robinson moved to approve draft opinion. Mr. Adams <br /> seconded the motion. All members voted aye. <br /> Mr. Yoshimoto: Mr. Chairman...just to be clear...even though the room was <br /> clear...we still had the meeting in open session because even <br /> though a closed hearing was requested that closed hearing already <br /> happened. The actually review of the opinion is happening in open <br /> session. Right. <br /> Mr. Goodenow: What if there's discussion about it? <br /> Mr. Yoshimoto: Well if there's discussion then you'd have to go into closed <br /> hearing but for the vote on the opinion... <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Oh the vote. <br /> Mr. Yoshimoto: Has to be in public so when you approved it... <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Oh I made a mistake.... <br /> Mr. Yoshimoto: Oh no but you didn't move to go to... <br /> 17 <br />
