I'm a planning consultant residing in Hilo. HENKEL: You can proceed. Did you get the Planning Director's Background Report and Recommendation Reports? NISHIMURA: Yes. HENKEL: Do you have any further comments? NISHIMURA: No, I don't. It's pretty straightforward. They no longer utilize the property for the care facility and in the process of doing their rezoning application, they felt it appropriate to ask that the Use Permit be eliminated. HENKEL: Okay, thank you. Commissioners, are there any questions of the Applicant? If not, you may be seated. Thank you.
