BUSINESS OF COMMITTEE: ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION AND ACTION 1. Review and make a motion to approve the updated project proposals from last year for inclusion in Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) and forward recommendations to the director. 2. Review and make a motion to approve the letter to the director regarding the request for the Action Committee to resume meeting monthly. SUBCOMMITTEE REPORTS: 1. Growth Management a. Update on NKCDP implementation efforts of the subcommittee. 2. Public Access a. Public access to coastal areas — updates on trails and access easements (Strategies 2.4-2.6 NKCDP): i. Akoakoa Point (Bird Cave) ii. Hapu'u — Kapanaia iii. Halelua iv. Kauhola Lighthouse v. Pahoa Beach vi. Latitude 20 Holdings vii. Kaiholena Lot F viii. Kohala Kai ix. Kohala Waterfront x. Kohala Shoreline, LLC b. Upolu Airport — restoration. i. Upolu Airport — east end of the runway — (Strategies 2.4-2.6 NKCDP) 3. Water, Parks and Roads a. Update on parks projects — (Strategy 4.2 — NKCDP). b. Pratt Road — Identified as a possible emergency bypass route around Hawi and Kapa'au (Strategy 4.6 — NKCDP). c.
