It appears to me that requires that every time and if you're <br /> doing contracting with the County that gets to be laborious. Number one in there is that the nature, relationship is <br /> provided in full disclosure...so if there's a bid made...as long as <br /> that disclosures made and as long as there continues to be an <br /> opinion that's in compliance with the fact pattern that we have <br /> now...then I don't see that that...there's a change associated with <br /> that...that would be my view on this...so I would be supportive of <br /> the opinions saying that this has to do with bids associated with the <br /> Department of Environmental Management.
