CALL TO ORDER <br /> Ms. Kahakalau called the meeting to order at 10:04 a.m. Board members please go ahead <br /> and introduce yourselves. Ken Goodenow, Doug Adams and we are waiting for our third <br /> member who is on his way we believe. Thank you. <br /> 2. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: We're going to start this morning with statements from the public <br /> and I only have one at this point here. Do we have any in Kohala? <br /> Ms. Sweeney: Aloha Chair. I have three testifiers for public testimony and one <br /> speaking for the petitioner....one speaking for Mr. Hyland as the <br /> petitioner. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: Alright. Thank you very much. We're gonna start with our Hilo <br /> testimony...Ms. Margaret Willie if you could please come up. <br /> Please state your name and the item on the agenda that you're <br /> speaking to. <br /> 1) Margaret Wille (Hilo) signed up to testify on agenda item 5a, Petition No. 2015-03. <br /> Ms. Wille: Margaret Wille and its agenda item 2015-03. This is really the <br /> last instance that I see that this Board has the opportunity to do <br /> what is right and carry out your Kuleana. This matter has been <br /> carried forward to the point that it would be very easy for you to <br /> say "oh and now it's too late", but I think that would be wrong.
