Therefore, the CDP also clearly <br />outlines steps that need to be taken outside of County government. <br />Section 2 elaborates on these types of strategies in more detail, including the legal implications of each. <br />1.8.4 Strategies to Action <br />The clear distinctions between the different types of CDP strategies are important because they leave leadership <br />and control where they belong — in the community's hands.
