C. Any person operating a vehicle within the park shall obey all traffic control devices, direction& roadway markings, and other signs or signals posted by the Director, Section 8 Director's Authority to Modify Rules on Interim Basis To improve park operations and management, the Director, at his or her sole discretion, may modify these rules on an interim basis not to exceed six (6) months or until formal amendment, as authorized under Department of Parks and Recreation Rule 1 Rules Relating to Administrative Procedure, occurs. Section 9 Severability Clause if any provision of these rules, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the rules which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of these rules are declared to be severable. 14
