C. Any person operating a vehicle within the park shall obey all traffic control <br /> devices, direction& roadway markings, and other signs or signals posted <br /> by the Director, <br /> Section 8 Director's Authority to Modify Rules on Interim Basis <br /> To improve park operations and management, the Director, at his or her sole <br /> discretion, may modify these rules on an interim basis not to exceed six (6) <br /> months or until formal amendment, as authorized under Department of Parks and <br /> Recreation Rule 1 Rules Relating to Administrative Procedure, occurs. <br /> Section 9 Severability Clause <br /> if any provision of these rules, or the application thereof to any person or <br /> circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the rules which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end, the provisions of these rules are declared to be <br /> severable. <br /> 14 <br />
