REMEMBER <br />Zoning determines permitted uses <br />General Plan LUPAG designations guide future land use <br />changes; the LUPAG is not Zoning <br />CDP land use policies represent the community's <br />preference for future land uses; they do not indicate that <br />the County is recommending or initiating zoning changes <br />The CDP makes recommendations to amend the LUPAG, <br />but an adopted CDP does not automatically change the <br />LUPAG (General Plan amendments require further <br />action). <br />Incases where there is a direct conflict between the <br />General Plan and a CDP, the General Plan is controlling <br />FLAINIAICUA <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />
