Yeah, when the current owner did get their grading permits for the fill <br />that's thereI just want to make that clear—there's been no determination of violation. When <br />the Applicant came in and did their due diligence, they also did a phase one environmental <br />assessment which came out clean. And, it bothers me <br />to hear that you folks are put in this odd position because there's things that has to be done, to <br />me, that hasn't been done. And, one of them is resubdivision. To get a business complex, to get <br />an elderly complex, to get a flood zone, you need to get subdivisions of both different pieces so <br />you can apply your, your approval or disapproval on that pieces. How you gonna do a business <br />after the residential, residents for seniors? I agree with residents for seniors. It's good. I have <br />my mother at Regency.
