Mr. Goodenow: No I was the motion. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: Yeah and he was the second. <br /> Mr. Adams: That's right 2016-14. I forgot I second. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: No further.discussion so all in favor say aye...any opposed? So <br /> that motion is carried. <br /> Motion and Vote: Mr. Goodenow moved to approve the informal advisory opinion. <br /> Mr. Adams seconded the motion. All members voted aye. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: Now we're going into executive session. <br /> Motion and Vote: Mr. Adams moved to go into executive session. Mr. Goodenow seconded <br /> the motion. All members voted aye. <br /> 11: 09 a.m. The Board moved into executive session. <br /> 11:38 a.m. The Board returned into regular session. <br /> 6. VOTING ON EXECUTIVE SESSION MATTERS <br /> a. Review of the executive session minutes of December 6, 2016. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: We need a motion to approve the minutes of the executive session. <br /> Mr. Adams: I so move. <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Second. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: Any further discussion? All in favor say aye....nobody opposed. <br /> Motion and Vote: Mr. Adams moved to approve the executive session minutes. Mr. <br /> Goodenow seconded the motion. All members voted aye. <br /> b. Review of Confidential Financial Disclosure Forms filed pursuant to Section <br /> 2-91.1(d), Hawaii County Code, by County board and commission members <br /> and designated County employees, where personal matters will be reviewed. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: As far as our confidential disclosure forms...we accepted nine of <br /> these forms and we rejected five based on the math. There's a total <br /> of fourteen yes and out of those four were rejected for further <br /> information and it is #3, 10, 12 & 13. And one was rejected for a <br /> 14 <br />
