Clarkson <br />Dear Chairwoman Poindexter and Council Members: <br />It is my pleasure to nominate Joseph B. Clarkson of Council District 1 to the Hawai'i <br />County's Windward Planning Commission. Mr. Clarkson previously served 8 months <br />on this Commission (April 2016 - December 2016) to finish a vacancy left by another <br />Commissioner. He is willing to continue to serve a full term of 5 -years. <br />Mr. Clarkson is a retired Chief Engineer and states that he is affiliated with the <br />Democratic party.
