Mr. Boswell has been a resident of Hawai'i for over 24 <br />years. He is currently a Civil Project Manager for Kohanaiki Builders, LLC in Kailua- <br />Kona. Prior to that employment, Mr. Boswell worked for Bolton, Inc., a construction <br />company on the Big Island, for over 19 years. <br />Mr. Boswell states that he is not affiliated with any political party.
