This 3-day, 2-night program will give participants an <br />opportunity to learn about this island we are fortunate to live on. <br />We will explore sections in the Hamakua, Kohala & North Kona <br />districts. We will participate in planting native trees, learn “pono” <br />ways to enjoy the vast outdoors and build character through <br />“malama honua” taking care of the land. <br /> <br />thth <br />Enrollment is limited to 30 participants in the 6-12 Grades. <br />Registration fee is $40.00 per participant. Registration will begin <br />th <br />on Tuesday, March 7 by appointment only, and will continue until <br />all spots are filled. Registration sites are as follows, <br />Kawananakoa Center (Lindsey/Kevin) 961-8732, Waiakea Uka <br />Gym (Mark) 959-9474 or Wainaku Gym (Scott) 961-8738.
