COMMUNICATIONS NOT REQUIRING ACTION: <br />3. Update from the Connectivity and Emergency Response Subcommittee (CERS) (Patti <br />Pinto): The purpose of the CERS is to follow the vision and the mission of the PCDP in <br />implementing connectivity actions related to the overall theme of health and safety. Members <br />of the subcommittee will inform the AC on their recent activities, which is reflected in the <br />following communications: <br />— Communication No. 2017-7: CERS discussion on defining boundaries for Puna Waena <br />and Puna Kai and review of connectivity locations for Puna Waena and Puna Kai. <br />— Communication No. 2017-8: CERS discussion on the population growth of Hawaiian <br />Paradise Park (HPP) and the status of the Puna Makai Alternate Route (PMAR) <br />including portions between HPP and Hawaiian Beaches subdivisions. <br />AGENDA FOR NEXT MEETING: Suggested agenda items from the Action Committee for the May <br />9, 2017 meeting. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />This agenda and all related documents can be viewed and downloaded from the following website, <br />http://www.hawaiicountvcdp.info/puna-cdp/implementation/puna-cdq-action-committee/2017-action-committee- <br />meetings/2017-action-committee-meetings.
