Policy 111 Use alternative energy sources to power County facilities within the Planning Area. <br />2.6 Housing <br />Policy 64 Develop and implement a County -wide, cross -agency affordable housing plan. <br />• Develop affordable housing options within existing towns and villages, near services, <br />and critical infrastructure. <br />Propose and support amendments to the County's taxing powers as a means to <br />increase the supply of affordable housing. <br />Revise the Zoning Code, Chapter 25, relating to 'Ghana Dwellings and develop an <br />Accessory Dwelling Unit policy aimed at facilitating affordable housing and aging -in- <br />place opportunities.
