Board members should have <br />that in their packets however until this document is received by the <br />board in an open hearing it's confidential so this time Mr. <br />Goodenow would like to... <br />Mr. Goodenow: I will thank you. I'd like to move that we accept receipt of the <br />official minutes for the board meeting of the Department of Land <br />and Natural Resources for October 28, 2016. <br />Mr. Robinson: Second. <br />Mr. Strauss: I'd like to raise an objection at this point. I haven't seen these that <br />you're moving... <br />Mr. Goodenow: We can't give it to you until we accept it. <br />Mr. Strauss: Is there representation that these are the complete minutes of this <br />or are this excerpted minutes. Who prepared them ... I think that <br />you need lay some kind of foundation. <br />Mr. Goodenow: They are stamped approved is my understanding.
