You know the minutes that you emailed over they end <br />on page 24 ... is that the end of the document or ... could you clarify <br />for us. <br />Mr. Underwood: That is correct. <br />Mr. Yoshimoto: Okay so that's the end of transcript for this proceeding or that <br />proceeding? <br />Mr. Underwood: Yes it is. <br />Mr. Yoshimoto: Okay thank you. <br />Mr. Strauss: Mr. Yoshimoto I would note that these are minutes and it's not a <br />transcript although it appears there is a transcript available and for <br />some reason it was not submitted to the Ethics Commission and <br />contains for example Mr. Roehrig's support of his statements but <br />what you have here is somebody's view of what happened that's <br />been adopted as minutes. <br />Mr. Yoshimoto: And board members I would agree that looks like what it is and <br />I'm also curious as to what happened to the actually transcript of <br />the first part of the meeting.
