Follow-up on where we are at with pursuing the viability of a County run shooting facility to accommodate the overwhelming need for Hawai’i Island’s firearm owners, Police, DOCARE, USDA and a host of other venues that beg its development. 5. Adjournment: (8:30PM) Executive Session: The Game Management Advisory Commission anticipates it may convene in one or more executive sessions regarding the above matters listed on the agenda, pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4 and 92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting with the Board’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. A 2/3 vote pursuant to HRS Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive session.
