Our attorneys have raised one concern: that <br />the language of Part III, Section - <br />- <br />a county does not exercise its option, <br />someone else could (perhaps the State, or even some other entity). <br />We would suggest that Section -2 is unnecessary and redundant, and should be <br />deleted to better reflect the intent of the legislation. <br />We would welcome having the choice offered in SB 221, SD2, HD1, and <br />therefore urge passage of a photo red light program with the suggested amendment. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Harry Kim <br />Mayor <br />
