product and, you know, what would be consistent with the site and the market. There have been <br />some changes to the size of it and some increase in the shoreline setback because of the change of <br />the shoreline, so they are trying to adjust that, as they identify the appropriate product for the site <br />and the market. And those, you know, as you know, the building plans have to go through the <br />whole, you know, site plan approval and Building Department approval process. The plans that <br />you submit with an SMA are really to show, you know, kind of a maximum thing, so that, <br />maximum project, so that you can evaluate the proposed project against the SMA criteria, you <br />know, height, view plane, you know, access, etc. <br /> <br />CARR SMITH: Thank you. <br /> <br />VITOUSEK: Sure. <br /> <br />UNGER: Any other questions? <br /> <br />NOBRIGA: Yeah. How are you going to handle these grave sites? <br /> <br />VITOUSEK: There are no grave sites. <br /> <br />NOBRIGA: Are you sure? <br /> <br />VITOUSEK: Yes, I am. Dr. Rechtman did a site visit on the property, inspected it. They <br />submitted to SHPD, and that was addressed at the time of the previous, at the time of the previous <br />hearing before the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />NOBRIGA: Any other historic sites on this piece? <br /> <br />VITOUSEK: No, there are not. And I believe that there is a copy of the SHPD letter in the file. I <br />know there is a lot of file, Commissioner Nobriga, but, and that issue did come up; the person who <br />raised that issue did a site visit with Dr. Rechtman, they inspected the property, they were, there’s <br />been significant, you know, bulldozing activity on the property over the years, but they were not <br />able to find any sites. And that was submitted back to the Planning Department and to SHPD. <br /> <br />NOBRIGA: Thank you. <br /> <br />UNGER: Any other questions? Thank you.
