Game Management Advisory Commission <br />Meeting Agenda <br />April 25, 2017 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />NEXT MEETING SCHEDULED May 23, 2017 <br /> <br />ADJOURN (8:30PM) <br /> <br />Executive Session: The Game Management Advisory Commission anticipates it may convene in <br />one or more executive sessions regarding the above matters listed on the agenda, pursuant to <br />HRS Sections 92-4 and 92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting with the Board’s attorney on <br />questions and issues pertaining to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and <br />liabilities. A 2/3 vote pursuant to HRS Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive session. <br />Anyone wishing to discuss an item that does not appear on the agenda should call the <br />commission secretary at 323-4444 or email donna.urban-higuchi@hawaiicounty.gov to have the <br />subject placed on the next available agenda. <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Statutes (hereinafter “HRS”) §92-3.5, the <br />Hawai‘i County Game Management Advisory Commission will be conducting this Committee <br />meeting via videoconference. Game Management Advisory Commission members will be <br />present at the following location(s), where the public is invited to participate: <br /> <br /> Hawai’i County Building, Council Chambers, 25 Aupuni Street, First Floor, Suite 1401, Hilo, <br />HI, and <br /> West Hawai‘i Civic Center, Mayor’s Conference Room, Building C, Second Floor <br />74-5044 Ane Keohokālole Highway, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii; or Council Conference Room A <br /> <br />If audio stream between Hilo and Kona is lost for more than a short period of time, the meeting <br />will be terminated. <br /> <br />Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable modification, or language <br />interpretation to access this meeting please contact the Office of the Mayor at 323-4444 as soon <br />as possible, but no later than five (5) working days prior to the meeting date, to arrange for <br />accommodations. If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawai‘i County Clerk within <br />five days of becoming a lobbyist. {Article15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawai‘i County Code. “A lobbyist <br />is any individual who is engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours <br />in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence <br />legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with <br />public officials.” <br /> <br />THOMAS H.
