Approval of Minutes (January 5, 2017) <br /> Takaba: The January 5, 2017 Minutes were circulated by email and regular mail on <br /> January 26th. Do we have a motion to approve? <br /> Mukai: Move to approve. <br /> Taniguchi: Second. <br /> Mr. Mukai moved that the January 5, 2017, Liquor Commission <br /> Minutes, which was circulated via e-mail and mail on January 26, <br /> 2017 be approved; seconded by Mr. Taniguchi. <br /> Takaba: Moved and seconded to approve. All those in favor, say "Aye." <br /> Takaba: Those opposed, "Nay." <br /> There was no opposition by the Commissioners. <br /> Takaba: Motion carried. <br /> The motion was carried unanimously. <br /> Takaba: We have one Supplemental Item on the Agenda, under New Business: <br /> III. Approval of Addendum and/or Supplemental Agenda <br /> Pursuant to Section 92-7, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, Item 1 is a <br /> proposed amendment to the agenda, and has been determined not to be of <br /> reasonably major significance nor does it affect a significant number of persons, <br /> and is proposed for placement on the agenda by two-thirds vote of the <br /> Commission. <br /> Takaba: New Business, Item No. 17, discussion on House Bill 707, relating to <br /> intoxicating liquor.
