Ah Sam: The consultant has. Gonzalez: Okay, because the issue here is complicated. It's relating to Fire Safety but it's a provision of the Building Code on whether or not sprinklers are required for a building of that size. Because automatically when you reach a certain size and occupancy, it automatically triggers the need for fire suppression. Ah Sam: Absolutely. Gonzalez: Basically Commissioners, it's something beyond the applicants' control at this point. That's why they need the extension. The agencies that overlap are trying to work it out.
