2. GENERAL PLAN UPDATE: Update on the General Plan Comprehensive Review: The <br />Planning Director initiated a comprehensive review of the General Plan in 2015. Staff <br />from the Planning Department's Long Range division will provide an update on progress <br />and a preview of next steps. <br />3.
