This program is eligible under 24 CFR 570.202(b)(2)(9)(11). <br />Rehabilitation loans will be for general home repairs at the request of <br />low and moderate income households. <br />6/30/2018 <br />The Residential Repair Program will provide 5-10 low interest deferred <br />loans to very low, low and moderate income homeowners to repair and <br />preserve their dwelling units that they occupy as their primary <br />residence.
