5. Summary of public comments <br />This could be a brief narrative summary or reference an attached document from the Citizen <br />Participation section of the Con Plan. <br />Public comments on the draft 2017 Action Plan will be received throughout the 30 -day Public Comment <br />Period. The draft 2017 Action Plan was available for public review and comments from February 21, <br />2016 to March 22, 2017. No comments to the 2017 draft Action Plan were received. <br />6. Summary of comments or views not accepted and the reasons for not accepting them <br />If public comments are received during the public comment period and are not accepted by the County <br />of Hawaii, the comments will be summarized here along with the County's reasons for not accepting <br />them. <br />7. Summary <br />The CP is a comprehensive planning document which identifies the housing and community <br />development needs and priorities for the County of Hawai'i for the next five years.
