<br />10. PROJECT/PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: This project is intended to address public health and safety risks and is required to ensure compliance with State (HAR-58.1) regulations as they relate to solid
<br />waste transfer systems. This project consists of major repairs and replacement at various transfer stations.
