CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Its 10:00 and I'm going call the meeting to order. Gentlemen...I <br /> guess we have Board member Doug Adams present. Our Chair <br /> was unable to make it and then we have our other member Rick <br /> Robinson present. So I'm going to call the meeting to order. <br /> 2. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Do we have any statements from the public on any of our agenda <br /> items? Seeing none...let's move on to new business. Petition No. <br /> 2017-06. Sony, I've been corrected here. <br /> 3. APPROVAL OF THE REGULAR SESSION MINUTES OF MARCH 15, 2017. <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Number three...approval of the regular session minutes of March <br /> 15. Do I have a motion? <br /> Mr. Adams: So moved. <br /> Mr. Robinson: Second. <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Okay it's been moved and seconded. Any discussion? Seeing <br /> none all those in favor of approving the minutes of March 15, 2017 <br /> please say aye. All opposed say no. The aye's have it...the <br /> minutes are approved. <br /> Motion and Vote: Mr. Adams moved to approve the minutes. Mr. Robinson seconded the <br /> motion. All members voted aye. <br /> 1 <br />
