Mr. Adams: Okay. <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Alright I think that's a good idea...I'd like that...can I have a <br /> motion to go into executive session. <br /> Mr. Robinson: So moved. <br /> Mr. Adams: Second. <br /> Mr. Goodenow: For the purposes of consulting with the Board's attorney over <br /> liabilities and other such legal matters. <br /> Mr. Robinson: Absolutely. <br /> Motion and Vote: Mr. Robinson moved to go into executive session. Mr. Adams seconded <br /> the motion. All members voted aye. <br /> 10:41 a.m. The Board moved into executive session. <br /> 10:52 a.m. The Board returned into regular session. <br /> Mr. Goodenow: Alright. We're back in open session...proceeding with discussion <br /> Mr. Corp Counsel. <br /> Mr. Yoshimoto: Thank you Mr. Chairman. I would suggest that we ask the <br /> petitioner one particular question just to make sure we address <br /> everything. <br /> Mr. Goodenow: I think the honor should be Mr. Robinson's. <br /> Mr. Robinson: One particular question regarding... <br /> Mr. Goodenow: It was the date...was he terminated...break in service... <br /> Mr. Robinson: When you moved from the Parks Department to the Housing <br /> Department...did you have a break in service or were you <br /> terminated or did you just lateral change? <br /> Mr. Van Bergen: It was a lateral change. <br /> Mr. Robinson: So you didn't get...they're wanting a termination point...it was <br /> just that you went from Parks to Housing and you were still <br /> employed with the County the whole time...there was never like <br /> break in service? <br /> 22 <br />
