Kuakini Highway Widening <br />Committee member Payne seconded that sentiment. <br />Committee member Payne moved to resubmit the recommendation letter to the <br />Director with the Attachment attached as stated in the document and a cover <br />letter to clarify intent. Committee member Ogin seconded the motion. <br />Vice-Chair Young stated that he is in support of the motion and that the Action <br />Committee was cognizant about not reprioritizing the CIP list but were adding to <br />the list other important priorities. It was not the intent of the Committee to <br />compete for resources of the existing CIP items in the process or jeopardize the <br />resources already committed. While that may not have been properly conveyed <br />in the letter, that was the intent. <br />Committee member Payne moved to amend the motion to copy Council <br />members Kanuha, Eoff and David. Committee member Ogin seconded the <br />motion. No discussion was heard. A voice vote was called on the amendment to <br />the motion.
