As you are surely aware, Mass Transit is facing major challenges <br /> regarding its fleet of buses and their maintenance. <br /> Please be assured that we are working hard to fix the problems with Mass Transit, and I <br /> expect measurable improvements very soon. <br /> The County Office of Aging is also working to resolve bottlenecks in providing transport <br /> service to our kupuna and disabled people, and we appreciate the community's <br /> patience in the meantime. <br /> Thank you for taking the time to write to me.
