If, if that's it, then you may return to your seat. <br />MARTIN: Okay. <br />HENKEL: I have no one signed up to testify so if there is no one out there that wishes to testify <br />on this matter, we could look for a motion to close public testimony. <br />MIYASATO: I make a motion to close public testimony. <br />IKEDA: I'll second. <br />HENKEL: It's been moved by Commissioner Miyasato and seconded by Commissioner Ikeda <br />to close public testimony.
