VIII. New Business <br />Takaba: We move on to New Business. First item is Hilo Siam Restaurant Inc., dba Hilo <br />Siam Thai, request permission to extend the time issuance of its original Dispenser <br />General liquor license for an additional six months from May 5 to November 5, 2017. <br />1. Hilo Siam Thai Restaurant Inc., dba Hilo Siam Thai, pursuant to <br />Rule 4-2-M of the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the <br />Department of Liquor Control of the County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, <br />requests permission to extend the time issuance of its original Dispenser <br />General liquor license, Category A, for an additional six -months from <br />May 5, 2017, to and including November 5, 2017, by letter dated <br />March 16, 2017. <br />Onizuka: Move to approve. <br />Greenwell: Second. <br />Mr. Onizuka moved that the Liquor Commission approve the request <br />of Hilo Siam Thai Restaurant Inc., dba Hilo Siam Thai, to extend the <br />time issuance of its original Dispenser General liquor license, <br />Category A, for an additional six months from May 5, 2017, to and <br />including November 5, 2017; seconded by Mr. Greenwell. <br />Takaba: Moved and seconded. Thank you David. Any discussion? <br />Onizuka: Gerald, why are they asking for an extension? <br />Takase: They're having trouble getting their renovations approved. <br />Onizuka: Okay, thank you. <br />Takaba: Any further discussion? Hearing none.
