Previously they were going <br />to transfer their inventory to the golf course. They are now transferring it to the new <br />restaurant licensee, which is the O&J LLC, dba Waikoloa Restaurant. Whatever excess <br />inventory Banjy's had, they are transferring it over to the new owner. They are seeking <br />our approval to do that. <br />Takaba: The motion should be to accept it with the amendment?
