So the public has no access to this? <br />Ray: No, Sir. <br />Onizuka: This is just strictly for— <br />Ray: It's only put out for the members' clubhouses that are just member specific <br />restaurants. There's no outside guests allowed and it's not open to the public at all. <br />Dreimann: Unless they're a guest of the member. <br />Taniguchi: I have a question. So it says it's a Foreign Limited Liability, LLC. Are you <br />in the process of filing? <br />Takase: They are registered in Hawaii, but they're incorporated in California. They're <br />foreign, but not foreign in the sense that they're not in the United States. <br />Dreimann: We're foreign outside Hawaii. <br />Taniguchi: I was reading this and it was kind of interesting. So what's in it for your <br />company? <br />Dreimann: It's a good question. It's a great community. Everybody is very social and <br />they are very friendly to each other. I've been living here full time for 11 years, so I'm <br />part of the community. I'm on the Food and Beverage committee for the Four Seasons <br />Hotel. I've had the misfortune of providing this as an idea. <br />Ray: He's doing this as a favor. <br />Dreimann: The idea kind of snapped up by members of the Four Seasons. I'm happy <br />to provide the service. <br />Lopez: Question. Something you said caught me. You said it's for the members or <br />their guests? But yet, I see it's a wholesale? How do you wholesale to a guest of a <br />member? <br />Dreimann: Only the guest of the member can visit the restaurant. <br />Ray: You can't go to the restaurant unless you're a member or the guest of the <br />member.
