Elks No. 759, submits <br />Personal History and Affidavit for Adam Fernandez, as Trustee, effective <br />January 1, 2016, received on May 17, 2017, to its Club liquor license, <br />Category B2, located at 150 Kino'ole Street, Hilo, Hawaii. <br />Taniguchi: Move to approve. <br />Takaba: This was the handout you received.
