• Nomination of Sub -committee — Brooke, Lee -Ann, Mele, Jewel <br />inquired to serve. Deb motioned to have Brooke, Mele, Lee -Ann <br />and Jewel to serve on Sub -committee for Human Trafficking. <br />Motion carried. Regular updates to be shared by sub -committee <br />regarding Statewide, and local updates. <br />H. Update on By -Laws <br />• Committee exploring any potential By -Law changes. Explored <br />role of Recording Secretary. <br />• Nominating Committee will be formed at next month's meeting in <br />July 2017 and placed on agenda. Elections will be made in <br />August 2017. <br />ACTION: Review Nominating Committee section of By -Laws in preparation for <br />next month's meeting. <br />III. ANNOUNCEMENTS (relating to CSW) <br />• We have two vacancies for CSW. Committee to advise Farrah of CSW <br />applications filed with the County of Hawaii's Mayor's office. <br />ACTION: Farrah will follow up via email with Lisa to see if Mayor's Office has <br />any applications on file. <br />ACTION: Add equal pay back back to agenda as a project under New <br />Business item. <br />• Farrah updated committee - each council member still has contingency <br />funds available. Next month meeting will explore conversations with <br />council members. <br />• Next CSW Meeting is scheduled via video -conference in Hilo and Kona for <br />Wednesday, July 26° 2017 at 1:OOpm. <br />Action item: Discuss annual calendar for CSW meetings. <br />IV.
