<br />TAX BOARD OF REVIEW <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />Complaint Hearing <br />Wednesday, October 19, 2016 <br />West Hawaii Civic Center <br />Department of Liquor Control Conference Room <br />Kailua-Kona, Hawaii <br /> <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Donald David called the meeting to order at 2:15 p.m. <br /> <br />Present were: Board Members Donald David, Wesley Takai, Richard Dinges, Melvin Ventura and <br />Grace Reinhard; Deputy Corporation Counsel Belinda Castillo Hall; Real Property Tax Administrator <br />Stanley Sitko, Acting Real Property Tax Assistant Administrator and Real Property Appeals Board <br />Clerk Elizabeth ‘Nina’ Swain. <br /> <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br /> <br />There were no statements from the public. <br /> <br />COMPLAINT HEARING <br /> <br />County informed the Board that there were no complaints filed and received by the Real Property Tax <br />Division on behalf of the Board. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />No discussion held on old business. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />No discussion held on new business. <br /> <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> <br />Mr. Dinges was recognized by Chairman David for his service to the Board. Mr. Dinges’ term ends <br />on December 31, 2016. Mr. Sitko thanked Mr. Dinges for his service to the Board as well as the <br />community.
