I'm the Senior Partner of The Elevation Wine <br />Fund LP. <br />Takaba: Do you have any changes to your report? <br />Dreimann: None. <br />Takaba: Can you describe your business for us? <br />Dreimann: We're a wine fund for investments in wine that are rare. We are a wholesale <br />distributor in the State of California and hopefully in the State of Hawai'i. <br />Takaba: Thank you. Director Takase, report of protests? <br />Takase: Mr. Chairman, there was only one property, which is the Hualalai Resort. There <br />were no protests to this application. <br />Takaba: Thank you. Do we have any public testimony on this application? <br />There was no reply from the public. <br />Takaba: Hearing none. Commissioners, do you have any questions or anything to <br />discuss? <br />Taniguchi: Move to close public hearing. <br />Onizuka: Second. <br />Mr. Taniguchi moved that the public hearing on Application No. 16-37 <br />be closed; seconded by Mr. Onizuka. <br />Takaba: Moved and seconded to close public hearing. Is there any discussion? <br />There was no discussion from the Commissioners. <br />Takaba: Hearing none.
