I am the Bookkeeper and Authorized Agent for <br />Jack's Diving Locker. <br />Takaba: Okay, thank you. I understand there is an amendment to your application. <br />Crane: Yes. We have an amendment for the increase in the original floor plan which <br />was submitted to Gail. <br />Takaba: Commissioners, do you all have the amendment? <br />Takase: It should be on your table. <br />Takaba: There were two amendments; one for the photos and one for the increase. <br />Takase: The photos were for the personal histories. <br />Takaba: We received your photos and the Application for Increase in Licensed <br />Premises. <br />Crane: Great. <br />Takase: The amendment for the increase in premises is to include an area which was <br />part of the business before; it just wasn't part of the sale. Under their current operation <br />they want to expand to the area as well. That's about 700 to 800 feet? <br />Crane: Correct. <br />Takaba: Have you read the report? <br />Crane: Yes, I have. <br />Takaba: Can you describe your business? <br />Crane: We are operating a convenience -sundries shop. We also own and operate <br />scuba diving operations.
